    Please give residents 24 hours notice if you decide to shut down their street. This has now happened dozens of times in the past several months and I believe the city is required to notify residents of any street closures unless due to emergency.

    Please step it up City Hall and leave your offices. Engage the residents on Hawthorne, Essex, Marginal, Shurtleff, Congress, etc... who have dealt with non stop construction with water main and ever source for 6 months. We deserve better down here and we are are still residential, so treat us as such. The City Managers re-zoning effort down here to industrial has not taken place yet, so help the residents till Eastern buys us out at least.

    Construction dumpster is now blocking half of Hawthorne Court Street next to community garden. Construction company was wearied multiple times not to do this and now half of the active roadway is blocked forcing cars to drive in the dirt. Please send CPD and ISD over immediately to clear. I realize this block is at the bottom of our City Managers priority list, but it is near Eastern Mineral so maybe he may care a little more.

    Hawthorne court street being completely blocked by construction at 30 Hawthorn Street. I called the Police 40 minutes ago and still no one has shown up. I am beyond furious that the city is allowing a public roadway to be shut down and ignoring their residents.

    No enforcement on Hawthorne Place Street continues since putting the signs up several weeks ago. I have a separate ticket for the some of the no parking signs being knocked over by the residents.

    No one has come past several times when I’ve called Parking for Ellsworth violations so I’m giving up for now. Please send CPD at nighttime specifically until Parking bureau is able to handle patrolling Hawthorne Place and Ellsworth Street.

    The newly added No Parking Signs on Hawthorne Place Street are already being knocked over by the residents who used to park there. These residents are now back parking here everyday and there is no parking enforcement here.

    May need to add this to CPD patrol route if residents are vandalizing city property.

    5 used hyperdermic needles have been placedunderneath my stairs at 38 Hawthorne Street. I called the police last week for needles that were left of the street outside my home and they picked up.

    Are they able to pick these needles up even though they are 1 foot from sidewalk.

    The amount of needles I have now found on my property or on street in front of my building is at 23 now in the past 4 weeks. This is a serious issue, especially when drug users are tresspessing on our properties and dropping used needles.

    New pothole formed on Ellsworth Street. There are about 3 dozen on Ellsworth but this one is about 3 feet by 4 feet and 8 inches deep. Please patch ASAP prior to roadwork on Ellsworth this summer. The others can wait.

    Please have moved on to the private property and off roadway tomorrow.
