Today I witnessed maybe the 4th accident at the intersection of Cutshaw and Kent over the past year or so (so there have probably been more than just what I've seen) during morning commute hours. Kent does not have stop signs but people who are stopped at Cutshaw think that approaching cars on Kent will stop, proceed through the intersection, and end up getting T-boned. I think that this intersection could really benefit from 2 more stop signs, I feel like it's only a matter of time before a really really bad one happens.

There are some large rolled-up area rugs in the alleyway on the 3900 block of Cutshaw (alley between Cutshaw and Kent) as well as a broken lawn chair.

What's the deal with the lines on the road here? The city painted the middle, which is great, but there used to clearly be 2 lanes on each side of the road and now it looks like they started to put a bike lane or something in but never finished? Please paint the side closest to the curb so people know what to do... I've seen people treating it like there are two lanes, and others like its one lane. It's really confusing and I feel like it's going to lead to problems.

County Waste picks up the container (for Estes Trucking) directly behind 3900 Cutshaw Avenue #1, at the alley along Kent between Cutshaw and Augusta. They collect Monday through Friday, most often between 4:55 and 5:15 am and bang the container around. The parcel of land is zoned Residential-Office, where daytime hours start at 7:00 am. City trucks come right at 7 am on the dot to collect alley trash and recycling. Despite calling and emailing County Waste 15 or so times throughout the past 2 years, the problem persists, waking up residents of 3900 Cutshaw every day. County Waste denies that the truck even leaves their dock before this time, but they are there every day without fail. Estes Trucking has also gotten in touch with them about this in the past and it continues to be an issue.
