Other Archived705 71st Ave N Saint Petersburg, Florida - Fossil Park Neighborhood AssociationThe house was recently sold to some "flipping company," As soon as the house was sold, I (watched my neighbor sign the paperwork on the front lawn), they had two workers pull many articles of furniture, appliances, tables, chairs, TV's,clothing etc. to the curb. It has been an eyesore to the rest of the neighborhood for two weeks now, not to mention the constant rampaging by passers buy. As a long time homeowner on 71st Ave N, why do I have to deal with these inconsiderate people, who come in and buy cheap, fix up the home and flip to another company will probably rent out the property. We have our share of rentals in the neighborhood, and the transient nature has never been a positive to the block. What can be done about these scrap piles? Thank you!
