The next door house at 14961 hanfor ave. Is a haven for rats and pigeons.

Over the past year, the overgrowth of shrubs and foilage have created a place where rats continually travel. Not only is there a place for the rats to hide but there is a continuous supply of birdseed, crackers, and bread as seen in the image. They have gone so far to throw packs of crackers in my garage gutters to draw the rats in (which i have images). The bird feeder at the front of the yard bordering my property draws hundreds of birds at a time including pigeons as shown in the images.

Both issues create a health hazard for my small children as they play outside frequently.

The bird feeder also draws hundreds of birds which eat the bird seed then because they need to digest the seed and break it down they eat the asphalt granules from my roof, shortening its life span.

I am curious how the destruction of concrete along my driveway has been left ignored as well. There was no permit, property survey, or boundary survey taken prior to this act. On top of that the removal of concrete was done with power tools directly over the existing gas line to my house... the hole has been left untouched for months and has been brought to the citys attention many of times but somehow no ordinance has been violated? My grandmother has tripped over this area a couple times already.

Over the past year there has been numerous violations that have yet to be addressed let alone even investigated. Even after multiple trips down to the city and letters/email these concerns see to be dismissed as if there is no violation. I have the documentation along with the ordinance and can clearly see there is a problem here.

Hopefully something can be done about these issues as I grow tired of the spiteful neighbor that continuously finds ways to harass my family.
