    Walk signs are turning ON automatically EVERY time the light changes from green to red on the Whalley Ave side and the Osborn St. side. This same issue was reported by me on Thur, 1/24/19. On 1/31/19, Traffic & Parking reported this issue as repaired. However, yesterday, 2/12, and today, 2/13, the walk signs continue to turn on after every time the traffic light changes from green to red. This issue is causing traffic congestion as vehicles are forced to sit and wait as the walk signal counts down. One vehicle just ran through the light and did not wait for the green light to proceed. There were no pedestrians or people in sight at the corners or even nearby to press the walk signal -- it was cycling on its own. This is definitely a mechanical issue in need of repair.

    Walk signs were turning on automatically after EVERY cycle of traffic lights changing from green to red on both sides -- on Whalley side and on Osborne St side. This was happening Wed, 1/23/19, around 8 p.m. Please check if problem persists. There were no pedestrians/people in sight at the corners or even nearby. This was definitely a mechanical issue in need of repair.
