When will street sweeping be done?

I know this gas station is going through some kind of transition but it's becoming an eyesore The owner should be required, by the town, to clean it up The front is a mess too with building debris g

Please sweep street beginning at 192 Mather down of tar pebbles from filled potholes Cars hit pebbles sending them onto sidewalks and lawns

This was a yellow curve sign on Mather St (2 others are still intact) going towards Dixwell Ave Only the post is left

Due to the number of times potholes in front of our house at 192 Mather were filled this past winter we have a huge amount of crumbled asphalt in front of our house in the gutter and extending out into the street These kick back every time a car passe which is about every 2 minutes or so I thought they would havebeen cleaned up with the annual street sweeping but that sees not to have been done this year Please sweep street of this debris in front of 192 Mather St Thank you
