    Blue tarp encampment, just after the stop light on Tennessee and Mare Island Causeway, on the right side of the road heading east, alongside the sidewalk has plugged into another power pole just past the encampment for power. That's stealing in my book.

    Looks like our homeless have figured out how to get their power by plugging into the COV street lights - this is attached to the encampment that uses blue tarps along Mare Island Way between Tennessee and Harbor Drive. Fire hazard? Stealing? Who should be notified?

    This encampment, just after the stop light on Tennessee and Mare Island Causeway, on the right side of the road heading east, alongside the sidewalk, has been abandoned for a while. No one lives there! Garbage is strewn all over...including soiled diapers. It is unhygienic and a plight along our beautiful waterfront. Please clean it up! Thank you.

    I need to re open this issue - I reported it back in November, Issue #3838996 and received a response but to date, the repairs have not been made. The sewer drain is badly clogged, needs to be cleaned out and leveled. When it rains the street floods and then floods into my lower unit. Jennifer responded before so I hope this will be resolved quickly before the rains start. Thank you!

    Not sure this is a discharge issue but it is related to the storm drains. The sewer drain at the top of Hillside is very clogged and floods the street like a lake when it rains and is recessed below the level of the road so it creates a hazard for cyclists. it needs to be cleaned out/enlarged and raised to be more effective. When it does rain & flood the waters rush down my steps like a river and flood my back building! It can be real bad. We try to keep it cleaned out but that's not enough. I would be happy to provide a photo it's just that its dark now so I don't have one. Please fix it. Thank you
