Issue is CONSTANT. Drivers making illegal U Turn on intersection of Emerald Bay Drive and Tampa Road. Drivers enter turn lane facing West and instead of turning into Emerald Bay Drive, make illegal U Turn back on to Tampa Road heading East. This is CONSTANT and a great danger to drivers turning right out of Emerald Bay Development and Daddy's Grill Restaurant. A patrol car MUST be positioned or a camera set up to catch these drivers before someone is killed. Yellow posts were recently set up in this intersection which prevent residents of Emerald Bay Development from turning left on to Tampa Road, but these posts have done NOTHING to cut down on the number of illegal U Turns made all day, every day.
