A white Monte Carlo SS has been parked in front of my house (1809 Sutter Street) now for 4 days partially blocking my driveway. No license plates or tags, it has a red Vallejo Motors plate. There are several cars that been parked in our block for weeks now. I do not know if they have been reported. Also contacted the police dept. There are cars here parked for very long periods of time, my neighbors and I have to scrounge for parking. We cannot even park in front of our own homes.
