Meanwhile on my way to work this morning, driving up MacArthur Blvd, I see Elf crewmembers, with brooms sweeping the curb, so as a TAXPAYING citizen, shouldn't my block get the same treatment??? You guys were pretty good at first, but lately the service has been very MEDIOCRE, and INCOMPETENT. COME ON YALL, yall cam do better.
