There is a tree broken at the base that has fallen into another that is lining the street. It may be at risk of toppling into Riggs Meadow drive, blocking the road. Can this please be assessed by the county for removal and any damage to the other tree (still standing)?

This tree was planted in the winter (?) When the previous tree had died and was removed and replaced. It did not survive given the time of year it was planted and that it did not get watered. It should be under warrenty by Mead.

Last year, the ash trees in Riggs Meadow were replaced. There is one tree that was replaced did not make it through the winter and should be replaced under warranty by Mead. Two other trees were removed but were never replaced at 2000 Sycamore Spring and 1936 Sycamore Springs. All three need to be addressed for this issue to be closed. Thank you for your assistance.
