Was wondering why the street just before the intersection was left out of the project? it's got a giant crack in the cement. If you can't afford that small amount, then have the water department replace it since a storm drain is in the cracked cement area. Not trying to be a thorn in your side, just want it done right, thank you.

road contractor chipped the approach of this address 25545 and 25515. although minor now, over time it's going to cause it to wear out prematurely. Thank you.

GFL still has not picked up yard waste. There is not that many houses with yard waste out that they are too busy. If they had done their job the first time they would not need to come back out. Maybe the city should collect it since GFL is not.

Cement contractor closed one section of phase 3 late Monday but didn't work. they sent notices that they were starting this phase last week. Tuesday they closed all of phase three and punched holes in the road. as of 8:30 am Wednesday no sign of them. It's supposed to rain tomorrow and Friday. So they closed the road and inconvenienced us for nothing. They should of been tearing up the road as fast as they were breaking it. Normandy was the first street they started, it was scheduled to be replaced 2 yrs ago, had the most complaints about the condition. Finish this street before going to another. The street needed replacing 10 yrs ago. Now it's going to be closed for a week with no work performed. If we wanted slow progress and no work you could of had Florance do it. Glad you didn't though. Finish one street at a time. We were first, rightfully so.
