Several potholes and cracked payment have run the length of Beaver Den Ln. The first pothole is approx. .1 m from west end of of road with cracking payment. The second pothole is approx .9 mile from west end of road also having cracking payment around and before it. Cracking payment is noticeable in several areas of the road, which currently is giving under the weight of a vehicle. Road is deteriorating at a more rapid pace.
