On Wisteria between Avalon and Baird a culvert under the road has collapsed on the east side of the road and has sunken areas along the rest of the culvert. Also at Wisteria and Baird there is a pothole at the intersection.

On Flower Rd across from 2520 there is an abandoned flatbed trailer with palm trimmings that has been left on county property for more than a month. The licence plate is a Florida plate "GGD F07".

When exiting Flower Rd onto Shamrock that is a tree to the south that obstructs you view and needs trimming

This is a reissue of issue 5150100 that was closed without explanation. I'm adding more info this time. The tree in the picture is on the County Conservation property directly across the street from 2546 Flower Rd. The tree is an invasive Carrotwood tree that is on the UoF list of trees that should be removed. This one also has a deep crotch split adding to the concern. You can also see the formation of the seed pods so if you can get removed quickly, we can avoid the seeds being spread around the neighborhood. Since the first issue, I went through the conservation area and was amazed at the number of new Carrotwood trees growing in there. Hopefully that area will also be addressed by removing the saplings. I'm at 2520 Flower Rd if someone would like to discuss this with me. Thanks and hopefully this can be acted on promptly.

Pictured is an area of stone that the mail carrier uses to get close to the mail boxes. I'd like to request that the loose stone be removed and some asphalt be put down. This would keep the stones from being moved around when the vehicle brakes and accelerates.

Across the street in the county conservation area there is an invasive Carrotwood tree that has a deep crotch split from Irma and will fall down some day. It probably should be removed.

On issue Tree Trimming/Removal (4057838) the work was done but the branches that were removed are still remaining. The branches are located across the street on the Conservation area.

Issue 3866717 (tree trimming) was completed but the dead branches taken out were not taken away. They are on the County Conservation property across Flower Rd. from my house.

On the county conservation property across the street from my house there is a drainage ditch that is remaining full of water because the outlet culvert is too high to allow the water to drain. The water has been sitting so long that it now stinks! A crew was just out to clean-up the vegetation along the banks of the ditch Can someone come out to look at this to see if something can or should be done about this?
