    Crosswalk was recently added to So Kihei Rd & Nohokai St intersection but there are still no signs alerting motorists. Most vehicles do not stop for crosswalk. Concrete pads were poured so I thought there would have been signage alerting motorists by now. Mahalo

    This area has many homeless and not having light makes it uncomfortable to walk after dark. Thank you
