NJ only needs one professional law enforcement agency at the State level vs the lowest possible level. EMS & Fire need to be organized by the County. The county Judges are already paid for so why pay twice, you never get a jury trial by an "appointed city judge" $$$. NJ needs major consolidation to remain competitive. Folks are leaving the state.
