There is a dead animal carcass in the parking lot of the Winn Dixie shopping center for 2 weeks now. There are clothing bins and a book bin there and people are constantly dumping their trash there. Now someone had a dead animal in a black trash bag with rope on it. Something tore it open and the carcass has remained there. The people have emptied the book bin. They have emptied the clothing bins. And they have had the parking lot trash picked up, but the carcass remains there. Please, please, please have the lot owners remove these bins so the dumping will cease.

Their in a constant dumping of junk in the parking lot. EVERYDAY people dump their trash, furniture, junk in the parking lot. When we called the city we were told that the property manager is the only one that can have the clothing bins removed to stop the dumping. Please contact the property manager and tell them to remove the bins and stop the dumping.

There is a continual problem with junk being dumped outside the Bank of America in the Rutland Plaza for over a year. There has been a mattress, sofa, chair, clothing, boxes, etc. there for 2 weeks. It started with 1 container, then they added a 2nd one, and now there are 3 there. Obviously people mistake this for a DUMP. Please have them remove these clothing containers or have them move them away from out in front of a professional business. The Bank does not own that section of parking lot, so it is the plaza's responsibility.
