The channel to the marsh is blocked due to recent mowing and major brush clearing at this lagoon All debris and cut down trees and brush causes the backup and the concrete outflow barrier and overflows into our property at lot #1746/19 Middle Marsh Retreat Please clear a channel out to the marsh before we have a major storm event this hurricane season

A large sweet gum tree has snapped about 12 feet above the ground and fallen onto association property. The tree is on association property and fell onto a common area south of the tree's location.

The retention pond and drainage channel to the marsh behind hole number 15, Terrapin Point, has backed up with debris. This has caused severe flooding to our property. This pond has had at least two clean out efforts since 2016. Each time they also cleared the channel out to the marsh with success. Please make arrangements to have this same maintenance done as soon as possible.

The pond is on association property adjacent to our yard.

Once AGAIN I have to report the previously reported street light outage has NOT been fixed. GA Power was out early in the week and did NOT repair the light. They put some tape around the pole is all. I was advised GA power "lost the ticket." I was then advised they found it and would be out within three to five days to resolve and repair. That was on February 6th. Please have this addressed ASAP. This is the fourth time to report the same issue. This same light as gone out on three previous occasions over 3.5 years.

Street light #10 is still completely out. This was previously reported and “resolved” but the light was never repaired. Please resolve this as it is my second request

Street light above our mailbox at this address is out again.

Large animal damage. Appears to be wild boar.

The street light in front of our house by the mailbox is out again. This is at least the third time in the last three years.

The mailbox door has one hinge on the flag side damaged from rust or use and that side is no longer attached. You have to hold the door when opening to get the mail or it will fall off. Thank you.
