I have standing water year round when there are a few days of rain or the day it is raining. Also, all winter when there is snow and ice melting. It sits right in front of my stairs which is the only way to come in from the street. Anyone visiting walks into this ankle deep puddle because it gets too wide to miss. I have contacted several departments in the city since this has been for the last 4 years. When will this be fixed? Will it be another winter? I hope not. I think 4 years is long enough.
