Standing Water traveling west on W. Nursery Road between Andover and Winterson EVERY Morning. Occurred after the resurfacing of W. Nursery Road - WHEN IT GETS COLD IT WILL BECOME ICEY when the temperatures start dropping. Water stretches almost all across the road. CARS WILL PILE UP WHEN THE AM TEMP DROPS BELOW 32 degrees. Please address ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!
