Have noticed that there has been repainting of the street crosswalks along 104th Avenue (and others). Would be a great time to repaint the bike lane symbols and arrows along this route (see picture attached that is from 2012). These symbols are virtually non-existent today and would help visitors stay on track.

One light for the sidewalk between 108th Ave. & Treasure Island Plaza is out, two others are very dim, provide little light.

This morning I noticed that the Osprey nest atop the Arvilla hotel is missing. This has taken place in the past 2-3 days since I last walked by. Don't believe that this was the result of weather, as the two cable pulley mechanisms that were also atop the sign are now laying beside the hotel along the beach access sidewalk.

This nest has been used by a pair of Ospey for years and was again active recently as it is breeding season.

If not in the City's realm of responsibly, please advise which County or State department I can contact to report this to.

Homeowner anchored three styrofoam balls in the waterway behind his dock in an apparent effort to discourage boat traffic there. These balls mimic crab trap buoys, however they are not, the two white ones are inscribed "not yours", don't have any crab fisherman's marking or colors. These balls extend more than 100' into the open waterway and create a hazard to navigation. This part of Boca Ceiga Bay is a non-speed or wake restricted area and is used by many skiers, wakeboarders and boaters. They are at risk of inadvertent collision with these buoys and possible injury. Does a waterfront property owner have the authority to restrict access to the public waters more than a 100' beyond his property line?
If the City of TI does not have jurisdiction over this matter, please advise what agency I need to contact

Time to remove the temporary "No Left Turn" signs at 79th Street and Central Avenue.

Water main project completed and the intersection is reopened, so these signs are no longer needed.

With the blocking of 79th Street at Central for construction, there is no need for a left turn signal off of Central to 79th. It only slows traffic flow eastbound.

Can a temporary change be made to the traffic signal cycling to stop the left turn cycle during this construction?

Illuminated pedestrian crossing is not working properly. Button on the side of the street beside the Westwind Condominiums doesn't work. The button in the median does work.

Previous patch of pothole in 104th Avenue is failing, recent rain has undermined it. Past experience indicates that a simple patch will not hold up, the area needs to be cut out and properly repaved.

On behalf of walking TI residents and visitors, I want to thank the City Public Works department for adding a street light to the busy intersection of 104th Avenue, 106th Avenue & 1st Street E. This is much needed as the pedestrian crosswalk at this location is heavily used into the dark of night.
