    Wake Preparatory Academy opened today, and the backup has caused significant delays trying to get out of Wall Rd onto Capital Blvd at the traffic signal. The northbound traffic is stopping in the intersection and not allowing traffic on Wall Rd to go through on the green light. I know this is the first day, but this could remain an on-going problem.

    Something needs to be done about the 1041 Chamberwell Ave street parking. There is barely enough room to get a car through and if there is an emergency the fire trucks will not be able to get through. There are multiple cars parked on both sides of the street almost daily now, especially early in the mornings and late at night.

    Something needs to be done about the illegal burning at 1208 Opeushaw Ct. This resident continues to burn leaves in his firepit overnight every night throughout the week and weekends. I want this on record since he is going to set my fence or a house on fire and burning leaves within city limits is not legal.
