A new public parking lot has been established across from Emerson Umbrella for Library employees to use. There are no street lights whatsoever in this lot. One (or two) should be established there as when walking to our cars, it is pitch black and is very difficult to see to get to your car. It's also a safety hazard for folks whose vision is already challenged. Thanks for your attention to this safety issue.
