In the middle of August HC Utilities repaired a broken water main under my sidewalk. Since then we have had only gravel and dirt where there should be a sidewalk. My house has on street parking only and having to walk across dirt and gravel to get to our cars every day is a significant problem. Additionally it is spilling out making a mess in the street and destroying our yard. My address is 5858 Main St. When will a new sidewalk be placed? Thank you.
