Drove by Albany Academy on Saturday and the light was on. Light is also still on during the evening commute even though school is not in session anymore.

Lawn and Leaf bags have not been picked up for three weeks.

New Graffiti on the door showed up overnight. I don't understand why these graffiti cases are being closed without anything happening. It is really sad that this is happening in the neighborhood.

Another tag from DCC. More appears everyday, seems to happen overnight.

More Graffiti showed up overnight. This person is tagging up the entire neighborhood!

On the Grove Ave side of the old Dominos there is graffiti on the brick wall.

Also, when Dominos moved instead of removing their old awning they just cut their name off. It looks bad and should be removed by them.

Two trees on grove and one on the corner of grove and Woodlawn are in bad shape. The one furthest in on grove is infested with ants and is constantly dropping limbs.

People seem to go really fast down Woodlawn Ave. in between Quail and Ontario.

When you are traveling down New Scotland Avenue towards Washington Park the traffic signal changes very quickly. I travel this route every weekday morning and the signal is green only long enough to allow 3-4 cars to pass through before it goes back to red. It is a busy intersection and some mornings it is backed up.
