Due to the construction in the neighborhood and haphazardly parked vehicles, it is difficult and sometimes impossible to drive down the street. There is no way an emergency vehicle to get through this mess.

1st Ave S Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. PetersburgThe new left turn only lane has seriously impacted traffic. There is no need for a left turn only lane as at the other side of the intersection it is a one way street. The through traffic lane is backing up and there are few if any legitimate cars in the turn only lane. The only cars I see in that lane go straight despite the turn only designation. While the street looks great there is now a bottleneck. Did no one look at traffic patterns before redesignating this lane?
