When is the last day for Christmas Tree pick up?

although roads have been plowed, the mound in these pictures at Vansull and Florence is dangerous. it is several feet into the street (florence) and the intersection so only 1 car can go thru. also buses come down this street, including the one that picks up my son, and there is no way a full size bus can come thru here safely

Because of the holiday, our pickup was scheduled for Thursday morning. By 4:30pm, Recycling had not been picked up. I called Public Service and they said they'd put it on the schedule for today. 4:30pm today (Friday) I called back and told them it still hadn't been picked up. response was "well they have until 8pm to pick up! " (rather snippy I might add) -
even if they have until 8pm, I can't call the office after 5pm on a Friday to report anything.
Anyway, she said she would call them to let them know. as of 7:50pm tonight it STILL has not been picked up. We are a corner lot with trash/recycle pick up by our driveway on Florence. I have 2 bins that are filled to the brim because of extra stuff from the holidays. Why was mine the only one to be missed?
