Your weed whacking crew came thru yesterday Thursday to clean up the dry vegetation between Bridgeview and Otis Dr. They left a mess all over Bridgeview, it looks terrible now. The street sweeping occurred on Wednesday. We are not due for street cleaning for another 2 weeks. Please come back and clean this up as it will eventually clog our storm drain at the end of the street. Usually they do a good job, but this time they left a mess and didn’t even do that great a job clearing the weeds!!

The city just came by this morning and weed whacked the city owned land between Otis Dr and Bridgeway by Ravens Cove HOA. They left the street and our sidewalks a mess and didn’t clean up after themselves. Our gardener was just hear yesterday and the street was really clean. This looks horrible! The mess extends from Driftwood all the way to Anchor Way and beyond in that gutter pictured toward High St.
please come and clean this up ASAP!

The two street trees on Bridgeview Isle are in drastic need of trimming/thinning out/shaping. The smaller of the two trees is starting to obstruct the sidewalk because it is hanging so low. The larger one toward Anchor Way is also growing so low that it is hampering the garbage trucks access to picking up our garbage and weekly, the trucks are breaking off large branches. Both trees contain much dead wood and desperately need trimming and thinning. They are both also diseased and could really stand to be removed and replaced. But if that is not possible they need trimming which hadn't been done in years if ever. Thanks in advance!

Drivers often turn down Peach Street to Bridgeview Isle only to realize when the get to Anchor Way that there is no exit or thru passage.
We need a sign at Otis and Peach that says "Dead End, No Outlet".
Thanks in advance for your consideration.

Storm drain at end of Bridgeview Isle by Anchor Way is backing up and needs cleaning out. Barriers for debris were moved away by someone.

The diagonal public parking area on the west end of Bridgeview Isle has not been cleaned in over 2 1/2 years. The leaves and debris continue to pile up in both the street and city owned planted area.
It is an eyesore and safety hazard and also contributes to the clogging of the storm drain at the end of the street during heavy downpours.

Attached is just one picture representing many areas of the deteriorating sea wall along Ravens Cove Townhomes. There are many places on both sides of the wall where the steel rebar is visible and is rusting because the cement wall has not been maintained or waterproofed.
This was reported over a year ago to a city worker who was painting over the graffiti and no action has been taken.

Attached is a picture of the Bay trail or shoreline access off of Bayview Dr adjacent to Ravens Cove Townhomes. Because it is not improved, people use the Ravens Cove private streets and walkways to reach the shoreline. The use of bicycles on our private narrow walkways is very dangerous. Please consider improving this unpaved public access. What use it does get is causing erosion and is almost always very muddy.
