The traffic light at Addison Road and Eads st, typically remains green on Addison, until it's triggered by vehicles that approach Addison from Eads st. The light has had issues in the past where it will short cycle on Addison road, without a car present on Eads, and cause traffic to backup on Addison road. That light needs to be adjusted, as the traffic is becoming an issue.

Addison road, from Central avenue, to MLK, can be a very dangerous street because of the amount of traffic flow. That danger intensifies with aggressive drivers, speeders, and reckless driving. I myself have lost a dog to Addison road. But one of the main culprits/offenders of these violations have been police officers. I witness police fly up and down this stretch, with or without sirens to alert traffic and pedestrians of their onslaught. Over the years I've witness them almost hit people and animals, and it's only a matter of time before they do. Especially going towards, and around the bend preceding MLK. Yesterday at approximately 1230, I witnessed 3 seat pleasant squad cars blazing up the street, driving on the opposite side of the street to get around cars, in succession of one another, ALL without sirens to so much as alert anyone of their "maneuvers". This is the very definition of reckless driving, it endangers lives, and is far from the conduct that I expect to see from the officers of Seat Pleasant. For the safety of us all, I pray that attention can be brought unto this matter, and it be handled accordingly. I'm also hopeful, that in this stretch of roadway, a directive of safety can be formulated to deter these events from happening via the actions of both civilians and the law enforcement agencies the we expect to set the standard of roadway safety.

I received a parking infection infraction on 11/3/18. There are a number of issues that have arisen via the issuance of the ticket. 1) The ticket has "duplicated" itself and is showing that I owe triple the about of the ticket online. I spoke with the issuing servant, to which he responded that it was an error in the system and that he would address. As of today it hasn't been. 2) There was an $20 "Admin Fee" applied to this ticket. When asked of it's origins, the same servant responded that it is to pay for the third party company that processes the ticket. The fee that arises from the utilization of the services of the aforementioned party is of the sole responsibility of the government of Seat Pleasant. Not it's residences or the alleged offender. Not only is it absurd that a 40% penalty would be assessed to any infraction, but it clearly and blatantly illegal. Seat Pleasant City code Section 137-5.1(D) states that first a warning would be given before a fine is imposed. None was given. And City code 150-12(E) states that the penalty for such infraction would be $50 for each offense. The City of Seat Pleasant does not have the authority to impose any fees not expressly established within the perimeters of it's own codes and ordinances. The Maryland Constitution declaration of rights Art. 9 and 14 also prohibit such actions. The City of Seat Pleasant needs to cease and desist this illegal practice, and all illegal fees levied by the City of Seat Pleasant upon it's residences should be returned. If not, a lawsuit will be in order.

Bates didn't pick up my yard clippings. I had them in a trash bin which I was told was acceptable. I don't think they came either way.
