    North side of entrance/exit to neighborhood's street is in disrepair.
    Similar damage occurred last year on the south side.
    This has been reported multiple times and needs to be addressed, and repaired ASAP. This is a neighborhood of 250+ and this is the only exit to the neighborhood, there is an alternate exit at Bluebonnet, but is rarely used by the residents of Westchase.
    The repairs to the south side took MONTHS to finally be repaired. I hope the City will act more swiftly on this issue. It has already been over a month...

    Sewer line was opened by the City Saturday, 2/3. that line has since been pouring out of the clean out (near the curve at Cornerstone/Chicas) in to the street and down the Storm Drain.
    MAJOR issue.
