Caller indicates that the water spigot at the Orange Park DOG PARK is continuously on and is spewing water into a large puddle.

Caller indicates that there is a downed tree in front of this property and is currently (partially) blocking the roadway.

The stairs to access the SSFCaltrain station have been damaged. There is currently a chain link fence around the stairs and caution tape. I contacted Caltrain as the issue had been reported to them already on 1/2/19. Today's Service req. # is 705993 advised to call back in 5 bus. days for an update on repair timeline.

Resident requests additional traffic calming measures on her street. She indicated that there have been a number of speeding vehicles on her street with no regard for the stops signs or pedestrian crossings. She would like a "stop ahead" sign or "children at play" sign installed to catch drivers' attention and ask them to slow down.

Resident requests city assess trees in the rear of home at 2550 Bantry (Westborough Blvd.) She is concerned about overgrowth and is of the understanding that the trees are to be maintained by the City. Kinldy provide a follow up phone call to her with the plan of action. Thank you.

Caller states that there is a pile of trash on the corner of Madrone and Lewis and requests a pickup.

Caller indicated that there is overgrowth on the onramp to NB 280 from Westborough Blvd. He said it is blocking the entrance to th freeway. Kindly contact Caltrans(?) to address the issue.

Resident calling requesting update on state of the streets in the WWM neighborhood. No markings when entering a dip in the unfinished pavement. Concerns about dust and lack of work being done. Requests an update and timeline on anticipated completion date via phone, please.

Potential Code violation. Caller wanted to remain annonymous. Elevators in the 3-story multi-unit building have been out of service for weeks on end. The community members cannot access the exits via the stairs. They need an elevator to work. Safety concern for seniors living in the building.

Lime bike has been in same place for 3 weeks. Caller would like it moved.

Resident called CMO stating that she lives on a dead end street which is a common dumping ground for illegal dumping/refuse. She requests more frequent routine clean up efforts on the dead end street. She is having an issue with rat infestation and requests help from the City with rat abatement. After a review of the map of her property, it was determined that her property abuts the golf course. A friendly phone call to the golf course was made by CMO. Outreach efforts by the golf course staff and collaboration with the City was agreed upon by golf course Facility Manager Rick Kazakoff. He will set up traps on the golf course behind her home in an effort to remedy the problem.

Member of the public requests that 8 feet of sidewalk is replaced in front of his property. He says PW has already analyzed the sidewalk and has determined that grinding it down would suffice. He noted that a flyer available at Corp. Yard specifies "replacement" of the sidewalk- not grinding down to remove any trip hazards. He is seeking additional communication from PW about when the sidewalk will actually be replaced (as opposed to repaired). He understands that sidewalks should be maintained by property owners, not the City. The tree that caused the issue has already been removed by PW. Kindly follow up with a phone call.
