    Sidewalk is pushing into the wall on my property and needs to be fixed before I can replace my fence. Caused by tree growth on city property. This is also and continues to be a tripping hazard.

    I wrote a couple time last year about tree roots pushing up the side walk at 81 Cook Ave. The city put black top oner the sidewalk to make it smooth. It's passed tjr point of safe and becoming a tripping hazard again and continued to raise the wall and fence. We're hiring some one to remove the root that is on our property. What's the city going to do about the rest of the root, tree and sidewalk?
    Please advise.
