    pedestrian indicator does not change with light cycle - it should have walk signal. Currently requires pedestrians to be present and press beg button prior to light cycle change. All lights on Huron are like this and it is inappropriate and dangerous for pedestrians who end up crossing without the signal

    bike racks are installed so they are extremely difficult to access and easily blocked. the rope surrounding the racks makes it so that larger bikes, like a cargo bike seen here, cannot park, and also will cause other bikes to get blocked in.
