    Why is it okay for random construction workers to be digging up my backyard and roam around my house with no one ever notifying me? This seems unsafe, how do I know who these people are and if my family is okay to be home. What if these people cause damage to my property, how do I know who to hold liable?

    There is still an issue of cars and traffic speeding down this section of Brougham Dr. at all hours of the day. We see atleast 2-3 semi trailers driving down this residential street on a daily basis. This kind of heavy traffic is destroying our road and making unnecessary noise in the neighborhood. The fact that there are NO stop signs from Dodge Park to Van Dyke along Brougham Dr. allows people to use this street as a shortcut to avoid traffic all day and gives them the opportunity to speed since their is no speed enforcement.

    There is still an ongoing issue with the speed and traffic along Brougham drive especially at the intersection of Brougham and Ashford. Cars are coming from the business or Van Dyke Rd (Eastbound) and just speeding down Brougham. Since the road curves right at this intersection, it becomes very dangerous because drivers don't realize they need to slow down until they are 2ft away from the residential curb and mailbox. This is dangerous for any kids playing in the front yard/driveway and even cars that are parked on the street in front of their own house. On top of all this, there is continuous speeding from School Buses everyday(multiple times in the day) and also commercial trailers and vehicle haulers using brougham as a shortcut from van dyke to dodgepark/16 mile.
