Reporting two issues here...
(1) Recently the duration of the green light for the traffic cross Wolfe (Reed - Old San Francisco) can be very short, sometimes in the range 5-10 seconds (only allows 2 or 3 cars to cross. Doesn't seem to happen on all cycles.

(2) the street lamps at this intersection were cycling on-off today around 4pm.
