There seems to be a glitch in this reporting system that won't allow my second image to show. The image(of the upper drain) in the original report is only 1/2 of the issue. There was a second photo of the downstream drain. As seen in the second, downstream image, this pavement diverted water flow will not be picked up by the next drain because the next drain is also affected by poor pavement slope. The water flows past both drains and is then subsiding into the cracked and broken pavement on Wilson Ave at the base of the hill. Again, this is not a question of, "Is this a problem?", it is instead a question of, "What kind of quality work are we spending our Tax dollars on?" and "Since this was done recently, what kind of warranty did we get on this work so that we can exercise that Warranty before it expires." There is a civic duty to be fiscally responsible when spending tax payer money. This work should not have been approved for payment. These crews have large tanker trucks of non-potable water and can easily test their work for proper water flow.
