    Occupant at 28 Locust St. constantly has trash all over shared alley. This is a health hazard and attracts insects, rodents and other animals. Trash is constantly left out in just plastic trash bags (not in trash can) and is thus ripped apart by animals. This occupant is careless and not a good neighbor. PLEASE notify occupant to clean up mess; anything else that can be done to deter such behavior would solve the root cause of these problems. Thank you!

    This tree needs to be totally removed. This is a fairly busy intersection and dead limbs could fall on vehicles and/or pedestrians.

    THIS ISSUE WAS REPORTED 11/5/19 - 19 DAYS AGO - AND HAS NOT BEEN FIXED - PUBLIC WORKS CLOSED THIS REQUEST.

    I will restate the issue:

    “In road at corner of Woodlawn and Locust Streets is a pile of pine needles and leaves.”

    The pile of debris still exists and needs to be cleaned up.

    Public works has stated this is the responsibility of the homeowner.

    Would the Admin / Clerk please assign to appropriate party (Code enforcement?) who will take action to have debris cleaned up.

    Winter is coming with snow and ice; residents want clean, driveable, safe streets!
