Dead squirrel near tree/sidewalk that has been there for a week, smells to high heaven

there is a large dead limb dangling from the tree towards the road, as well as several very dead large branches that are in danger of coming down. Tree also has what appears to be powdery mildew on most of the leaves/appears to be very unhealthy.

part of the road that was patched during recent gas line work is now caving in, causing a dangerous dip in the road

Remains of a metal pole in the ground are rusty and sharp and going to hurt a kid who trips onto them

dead raccoon on the side of the road next to the end of the cemetery (close to the old school condos end) - appears to have died of natural causes?)

awful graffiti all over the right side of the tennis courts including swears

This step (on the playground structure meant for younger kids) is wobbly/dangerous, and also has an exposed rusty metal edge that could tear skin.

The hill on Irving St between Warren and Brooks is AWFUL - not plowed at all and barely sanded. My car just slid BACKWARDS down half the hill because it's so bad - and because the sidewalks aren't adequately shoveled there, there were people walking in the street and sliding down the hill which my car, sliding uncontrollably backwards, almost hit. this is a serious safety issue and extremely unacceptable this many days after the storm. please send someone out to plow and salt this area ASAP.

There is a broken swing - the chain S hook has bent & detached from the seat of the swing, making it a dangerous thing that kids are whipping around at each other.
