Northern District Roads (NDR) and recorded under Work Order number 20462710 was half way completed, not all trees that need professional arborist to trim HOWEVER the trees cut down now need the stumps removed!! Proper tree removal always should mean the stumps too. Our neighborhood does not want just a bunch of old stumps.

Many, if not most of the trees on Leeds Drive, Old Crown Ct. have not been properly trimmed since I have lived in Chesterfield, which is 22 years. The trees are not only very ugly they are full of dead limbs that hit and DAMAGE your vehicles. Letting the trees just grow without any attention is also causing them to be a huge danger of falling. Since the right trees were not planted the roots are ruining sidewalks, gutters and driveways. Please take care of the trees which are vitally important to our eco system and the shade helps reduce cooling costs!

This was submitted in JUNE 2019 and bc it was not addressed the comments have been closed - VERY unprofessional on the part of "SeeClickFix". That is NOT how to get things done!!! I do not need to be contacted, just get that thing out of there please. It is hideous. Tags are from 2015 on the trailer.

During the Edwin Raynor/Mountain Rd. repaving, they did not do a smooth job on the intersection from Edwin Raynor Blvd towards Riviera Beach right at the corner of the Taco Bell. There is a large dip or sink hole in the road and people going through he light are braking to avoid the dip which is causing a back up but also asking for a rear end collision. It needs to be flattened out like other newish intersections. I understand a small degree of slope is needed for water but this is poor design for a road with so much traffic. Why wasn't there a striped crossing area painted for walkers? We need proper construction. The reason for this site is so citizens know what is going on - I do not need a phone call, I need an answer posted please as this is a concern for numerous people. I offered to report it.

FIX EDWIN RAYNOR BLVD AND MOUNTAIN RD DESIGN. I have to sit in traffic every single day now because of the poor design for the turn lane at Deering Rd. I am sick and tired of it. THE SUPPOSED "ENGINEERS" ARE NOT TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE EFFECT TIS HAS FOR PEOPLE. For one, a huge white line should have been painted where the sign is that says not to block the intersection. A flashing yellow solar sign saying "WATCH FOR TURNING VEHICLES", some rumple strips, and a huge white arrow indicating a left turn should have been painted ON THE ROAD INSTEAD of taking lane space from the biggest, most travelled intersection - maybe in all of Pasadena. The easy thing was done - which was to just repaint a turn lane and affect hundreds of people every single day. Why did you not take some of the grass land from Deering? They requested the turn lane.1. Create a right turn lane into Deering going one direction then by taking and reshaping the road there would be enough space for 2. a separate the left turn lane. The county needs to do what **common sense** tells the rest of us - the ones who live here and are affected every single day by poor design engineers. There should have been a sidewalk put in years ago from Deering to the intersection!! The county needs to get off their butt and purchase BOTH the empty lots at this intersection before the owners cram more housing or a RF in there and give us true intersection like the ones in Odenton, Severna Park, Shipley's Choice (which is getting re paved yet again in less than 5 years). Why do the more wealthy areas get such special attention? Who exactly is in charge of making the decisions? Please provide the name of the person in charge of decision making for county street design, not the generic number please.

Also the cut back at the entrance of Marble Arch Drive was never corrected. Now there is a lip and rough patch of road that needs to be repaved at this area so the job is properly done!!

Re: Previous work order number: 5982802. I guess a supervisor or actual ARBORIST needs to come look at the tree that was "trimmed". For some reason on a PART of the dead SECTION was cut off but they left the other DEAD part. The correct way is to remove all the dead parts and then trim the crown OR remove and replace the tree. If the county is paying a contractor you best come look at the crap job they did AND REFUSE TO PAY THEM. Thanks

Water runs from someplace every day for years and I cannot get it fixed!! It is a huge waste of water and it freezes in the winter and makes it dangerous to cross! PLEASE will someone pay attention to this and save water?

MULTIPLE potholes, sunken spots, crumbling shoulder, backed up drains, trash, fallen tree on exit 20 to enter Edwin Raynor Blvd. Potholes have been patched numerous times over the last 16 plus years with whatever they used that day. This is NOT an acceptable solution and needs to be addressed once and for all. If you deem this a state issue please take responsibility and send to them as it is still in Anne Arundel County and must be fixed, it is now a danger to drive on so please be mindful of citizens.

This area was recently worked on and has made traffic an utter nightmare!! First the intersection of Mountain and Edwin Raynor is not flat so water pools up and there is a significant lump in the road as you drive down Edwin Raynor towards Villa Tuscana - this needs to be fixed and done right!! Second, the new pavement was marked with the yellow lines in such a way that the THREE lanes we once had to turn left, cross over Mountian Rd or turn right have been narrowed down to ONE lane!! Somebody made a HUGE error in the design and ever since then the traffic is backed up every weekday on to Rote 100!! WHY would any design cause traffic to be MORE backed up all the way so we are now sitting on Rt 100? I work for an engineering firm and can tell you the design is completely flawed - please fix this and get us out of all this traffic every day. We need somebody with authority to look at this and order the changes be done asap. Has everybody seen the huge, gorgeous intersection on Governor Stone Parkway in Severna Park? Why does Pasadena get the worst street design?

Water has been leaking from someplace in this location for more than 5 years. I'm concerned about wasting water. Cannot get any attention paid to this for years. It creates a large icy area in the winter. LEEDS DRIVE AND ABBEY COURT PASADENA MD 21122 since locater map for app does not work!

Trash and signs from the beginning to end of this off ramp. Don't signs have time limits, should be taken down!!
