    city of Jacksonville was here last Friday 1/12/2018 they moved the circle that goes to the sewer wich they did not set right now is out of place ... I have costumers walking through here all the time ..this can cause an accident .. I been calling the water department for 40 minutes no one is answering the phone ....my estimeded time was 2 minutes it turn into 40 minuetes and Iam still waiting.....
