    The alleyway between 209 and 211 is city property. There are trees lining the alley way, and due to lack of maintenance, they are overgrown with vines and one of them came down onto (and damaged) the fence at 209. Either the trees need to be maintained or removed; or the property needs to be ceded over to 209 and 211 property owners so they can maintain the trees.
