The neighbor's dead tree has been dropping branches for over three years. This is a safety hazard, not only to my property, but I am seriously concerned for the safety of my grandchildren who play in the yard. Our neighbor across the street is concerned the tree will fall toward her house/car.

When the interstate system was changed, the DOT created a lane for people turning north on Riverside Drive from Lee Road. The change in the interstate made this turn much more dangerous so they gave us a safety turning lane which is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY when turning left on Riverside Drive. I just tried to use that safety lane to find it NO LONGER EXISTS!!!! It has been painted over and taken away. Apparently, a turn lane was created just after it for people to turn into the new car wash. GIVE ME MY NECESSARY SAFETY LANE BACK!!!!!! I don’t understand how it can just be removed when it was created specifically due to the dangerous situation the change in the interstate brought to us.

There is not a street light defining the end of commercial property and residential property. The lack of lighting inhibits travelers from seeing the small sign stating the speed limit and also enables suspicious activity as noted by the amount of trash in the area.

The removal of asphalt left jagged edges that has compromised the integrity of my tires when entering or leaving my drive. I have rigged a bridge with a 2X4 and roof decking to avoid the drop into the gully and the climb over jagged asphalt. The gully issue was addressed in January 2018 leaving the jagged asphalt; I commented on the road issue prior to the closing of the report. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

I would like to have a recycle bin. Can ALL recyclable materials be put in one bin - such as paper, plastic, aluminum? If not, I would need two bins. Thank you.

    1. flooding consists of standing water in the
gullies and the overflow under the pavement 2. there is standing water in the drain on the
corner of Lee Rd and Ellenwood Circle
I would like to request the appropriate person to assess the drainage problem so the city/county and I, long time resident and tax payer, can coordinate efforts to repair road drainage prior to the repair/replacement of my driveway. Thank you.
