I would like to request a dead end sign for Stony Lane. we receive a large amount of traffic coming down the road (usually neighborhood beach traffic or people looking at houses in the neighborhood) and using our gravel driveways to turn around since there is no area to turn around at the end of the dead end street. My neighbor has had a plow go straight down his driveway and dump snow at his front door, we've had 2 mailboxes hit and knocked down, we've had our boat trailer hit by somebody trying to turn around in our driveway, we had to put up a chain guard to stop people from using our septic field to turn around, which has also been knocked down. we feel if there is a sign stating it's a dead end street the amount of traffic coming down the street would be minimal.

Stoney Ln & Valentine Vw Crownsville, MD, 21032, USA - Herald Harbor
The corner of Stoney Ln and Valentine View, has residents parking in the road rather than in the Arden #4 beach parking lot. The cars on the road are blocking the road for emergency vehicles to get through. If there were a fire or adulatory need on Stoney Ln, an emergency vehicle would not be able to make the turn at this corner while cars are parked at the end of Valentine View and on Stoney Ln. Could someone please review? Although cars are not parked in the road all days at all hours, there are times where the parked vehicles will block emergency vehicles. I would like to request a "no parking" sign be placed between the Arden Beach #4 and Scenic Dr (on Valentine View) to ensure emergency vehicles can make the turn down Stoney Ln.
