The walking man is not illuminated. Southwest corner of Gilbert and Ash St. Ped signal that faces north, for pedestrians crossing ash southbound on west side of roadway. 3rd time I've mentioned this.

The vehicle detector for traffic turning from eastbound ash street onto Gilbert rd is not working. Cars constantly have to wait 5+ minutes for the light to cycle or resort to pushing the ped button.

Also the walking man signal on west side Gilbert, south side (facing north) of ash street does not illuminate. Hand and countdown are functioning.

I have reported both of these issues before and they CONTINUE to persist.

Car detector for cars crossing Gilbert eastbound on ash st is not working. Has failed to detect my motorcycle and car on multiple occasions. Latest incident at 2106 on 7/24 where it failed to detect my car.

There is a dead cat in the #1 northbound lane of Gilbert Rd, just south of ash street.

The southwest ped signal, facing North for pedestrians crossing ash southbound on the west side of Gilbert Rd, is not displaying the walk signal.

There has been a steel plate at Gilbert and ash Street (northwest corner) for at least 2 months. I think some utility/fiber work 2qs being done in the area but it looks like they are all done except for removing the steel plate and filling this hole. These plates are really unpleasant on a motorcycle and this has become quite the nuisance to avoid it.

There is a bunch of loose gravel/debris at the corner of baseline and Silverado, right by A&P nursery. Any way this can be cleaned up?

The south crossing at Houston to cross Gilbert Rd, the ped signal is requesting without anyone being around to press the buttons.

Also, the northwest ped signal, facing east (for crossing Gilbert on the north side of Houston) does not have a cowntdown. I believe the audible countdown is also not working at this corner.

Northwest corner of Gilbert and Houston, South facing ped signat (to cross Houston) is not illuminating the walk signal. North Crossing for Gilbert road is also giving a Ped countdown despite not being pressed.

All street lights are out at Gilbert and Houston, including signage backlights.

Ped push button at SW corner of Gilbert and ash is lit as if pushed when no one is around. North crosswalk appears to be receiving a Ped signal on its own.

Person is deliberately parked on the sidewalk.

Branch fell across sidewalk. Not sure if town or hoa.
