my recycling was missed on the recent pick up cycle . my recycling bin was moved away from my fence,the lid was open , but it was not emptied. also oh, there were other people in the alley who were picked up but there was trash Left Behind everywhere because I went out yesterday and picked it all up. This is a common occurrence. Please send somebody over to pick my recycling up and please ask your recycling workers to Not Crash our neighborhood when they come through.

can we get somebody out to work on cleaning up all of the grasses and weeds that are growing on the other side of my fence on the Department of Transportation side of the property. I'm literally fighting the weeds off of my fence and when I drove by today it is no wonder. The contractor that takes care of this area needs to come out and weed whack all of the stuff by the chain link and get rid of it. it also looks like a junk pile on the off-ramp so it needs to be cleaned up yet once again

this winter a very large tree went down in the alley and took out part of the chain link fence that separates the alley from the Department of Transportation property. The tree was removed, and the original chain link fence was put back up by I believe the Department of Transportation contractors. my neighbors and I try to keep the alleyway clean of vegetation and leaves to keep the rats and other pests away from our property. yesterday I was out there raking leaves and keeping the back area next to my parking space clean of debris and vegetation. When the chain link fence was put back up it was not put up correctly as the bottom of the chain link fence is curled up with the sharp edges pointed upward and a several inch gap between the fence and the ground. Because of the vegetation I could not see this and I ended up significantly injuring my leg which required Medical Care. this area of the chain link fence repair needs to be completely redone. The fence is loose and because of how the fence was damaged (and later repaired)when the tree went down on it is now dangerous.

a tree went down the back alley and the fence had to be repaired by fdot. it was prepared a couple weeks ago however they left a large Pole leaned up against the city fence and by my property. they need to come and retrieve it because it is too large for me to move. Also the fence is not repaired very well and I think it needs to be inspected again. thank you

this is related to report 8567816. I got a report that this issue has been closed and the repair has been done. You have got to be kidding me! The only thing they did was right at the mouth of the alley. The rest of the Alie remains torn up with potholes an uneven driving surface. When it rains you can't even drive in the alley which is where we park because of the mud that accumulates. the entire alley needs to be done. They did nothing in the middle or the back of the alley whatsoever. This is ridiculous if I have to I will call the mayor's office and make a complaint about this. Frankly I'm getting tired of having my reports get closed when nothing has been done. Please come in re-inspect. there was a work order w a m 205-1388. on the previous comments they even say there's material missing at the back half of the alley and they didn't do jack to fix it.

a huge tree went down in the alley. This and the removal tore the alley up badly. Ruts, holes etc make it difficult to drive especially near the back. please come and inspect.

from #8495418 behind 1924 21st ave n. how are you able to determine if this tree is on private property? I was told by an inspector that that area was actually City easement when I had called when people were dumping yard debris in that area. that being said I'd like to know what is happening with the fdot contractor because this tree, although not emanating from my property, is threatening my garage, my fence and if it falls my house. will the City get somebody over to speak to the homeowner so that this can be taken care of and my property is not put at risk please.

back alley behind house on 1924 21st Avenue North. There is huge treeon city property that has partially broken off with this storm and is hanging over the easement fence in into the off-ramp at 22nd Avenue North. it appears to be threatening my fence and garage. It also looks like it may be threatening the power lines but I am unsure because it's not safe to go out there. I believe somebody needs to come out here right away because this tree could truly damage the homes in the area. It certainly will take part of my fence out it will block my back egress. I believe this is an urgent issue

my re cycling has not been picked up twice now. The first time I did not make a report because my can was not full but it has not been picked up a second time. my can and has not moved from where it is always been. it is now full and I'm unable to put any more debris in there for recycling. I need somebody to come and pick it up and get it emptied. I also need to know why it keeps getting missed this is the third time it's been missed in the last 2 months. and again I want to stress the can is where it is always been so that is not the issue. Please advise

I arrived home today to find my entire front porch yard and sidewalk covered and what appears to be tree chips. it appears that the city was trimming trees on the off ramp. I would like somebody at the city to call me and explain why the tree trimmings were blown into my yard? there were so many chips on my front porch I couldn't open the front door and I find that completely unacceptable. I live right next to the 22nd off ramp. is bad enough the garbage from that off-ramp blows into my yard in a regular basis if this is over the top. I literally pulled two large wheelbarrow loads out of my yard and off of my brand new planted grass. I'm very upset about this and I want to be contacted.

my recycling has not been picked up in over two weeks. my container is in the same place it has been since I moved into my home a year ago. everyone else has been emptied but my can. it is now full enough that I cannot fit anything else in the container

The street is narrow and when cars are parked on both sides of the street you can't get through if they don't park very close to the curb. We live at the very end of the street where there is a small parking area and I been blocked from going down the street several times because specifically my next door neighbors parked cars were blocking my way. I and the other neighbors have asked the next door neighbor to please pull her car close to the curb so she does not block the street. However, she and her guests repeatedly block traffic by not doing this and also park in others spots so they cannot park in front of their homes. today, emergency vehicles could not get to end of the street where a very fragile elderly lady lives because the tail end of her car was hanging out in the road, again. If there were a fire back here our houses would burn because trucks could not get through. most homes here have parking behind their homes and even if they don't they can pull close so traffic can get through. Something needs to be done about this before there is a bad outcome.

there is a huge pile if debris at the end of the alley behind my home. there is wood, metal, cinder blocks, old rugs and garbage. it attracts rodents and snakes as well as stinking to high heaven. as well, it is a mosquito haven! it is near the power poles and sewer drain on the easment. I've reported this before via phone and got the run around. it needs to be removed.

overgrowth of plants and leaf debris from oak trees in the alley. it needs to be cleaned, bushes cut back (specifically on the corner because bushes make it unsafe because you can't see to pull out), and possibly bladed.

There is debris piled up near the storm drain and in the easement of our alley. it attracts rodents and wood pests. there is cinder blocks, wood, metal, yard clippings, bricks and other garbage. it also stinks when it rains and there has been clouds of mosquitos. it needs to be cleaned up.
