    MVRCS using our park and tennis courts for recess/gym class again. Not even playing tennis, 30 kids running around throwing cones at each other and at the fences. Please tell them they are not welcome unless they pay for permits which could be used to fix the courts.

    Please request that the contractor provide the supplies needed for their job and not rely on the homeowners for access to water for their wetsaws. Worker was polite in asking but that isn't ok, they should have the consumables that they need for the job

    If the city is repaving roads and sidewalks, I would assume that the sidewalks would need to be ADA compliant. This likely requires eminent domain per the constitution? When will homeowners receive their offer?

    When will the city actually have the street? They continue to patch over an already neglected street which just makes it worse and is a waste of money. The street floods because the rain water can't drain and cars are being damaged by rough roads.

    Why is the Charter School allowed to use trafton park without a permit. They consistently have recess or gym class at the park during the school day. If they are refusing to allow the city to continue voting at the school, the city should crack down on unpermitted use of the park.
