    Can anyone tell me why trash cans keep disappearing off the streets. If you want people to NOT litter, why do you keep taking away trash cans. A can USED to be the corner of Yale and Mallory, GONE. A can USED to be the corner of Pollock and Mallory, GONE. I also have a dog and its kind of annoying to have to carry waste all the way back home on a 30-40 minute walk. There is so much trash in the area, how about instead of taking them away you put some MORE trash cans out. What's going on?

    Sounds like a concert and goes for hours, I can hear thru whole apt, with all fans on, tv etc. Loud concert base, music. People need to sleep, cops do nothing.
