    While doing our New Year's walk, we noticed a good-sized hornet/wasp nest hanging in the parkway tree in front of 616 E. Mayfair. Thanks for removing this - wouldn't want anyone to get stung once the weather warms up. :-)

    Thank you for all the work the team has done during the downtown construction project. Know it's a lot of logistics and details to juggle. With the project winding down, can we finally get the abandoned cast iron "rings" removed from the corner of Evergreen and Northwest Highway? They have been there since spring. When we contacted the village this summer, we were told they were IDOT's. Don't care who they belong to, they make that corner look junky and should be removed. Thanks.

    Please trim the parkway tree in front of 707 S. Cleveland. It has low hanging branches that obscure the stop sign at Fairview. Also, while you're trimming this tree, please trim the parkway tree across the street and a few feet north - it has low hanging branches that hang over the sidewalk. Thanks!

    2300 East Euclid Avenue Arlington Heights, Illinois - Arlington Heights
    Who is responsible for the parkways around the cemeteries that border Waterman and Euclid? There is a lot of garbage in those areas, including a full leaf bag that's been there since October. If the village is responsible, please have someone clean the whole perimeter (along both Euclid and Waterman). If it's the cemetery's responsibility, please remind them of their responsibility and ask that they clean up the garbage soon. Thanks!

    Leaves fell later than usual last fall and many are still clogging up curbs and storm drains, which was evident last week when it rained. (And will be worse when spring rains occur.) Please have the street sweepers deployed to clean up fall's leftovers. We've noticed quite a few leaves in the Scarsdale and Park Manor sections along Davis, Dryden, Cleveland, Roosevelt, Lincoln, etc. Thanks for taking care of this!

    Hi - We assume the small wooded area at the corner of Bristol and Davis is the responsibility of the village, correct? If so, there is a lot of garbage - bags, cans, bottles, cups - throughout this wooded space, as well as quite a few chunks of concrete. There are also branches down - and more garbage - along the parkway area btw Bristol and Beverly. Perhaps this wooded section can also be thinned out. Thanks for your attention to this. It's been strewn with garbage since at least last summer and it's getting more unsightly. Thanks so much!
