The resident at 8366 Williamstowne Drive, Millersville, MD 21108, U.S.A. does not clear off the icey and snowy sidewalk by their residence. Winter time has now set in, there is a group/cluster mailbox at that location and it makes it very difficult and quite dangerous to step on ice to retrieve your mail. Please investigate and correct.

At Crain Towers, 1600 Crain Highway S., Glen Burnie, MD 21061, U.S.A. parking lot, there are always people approaching your vehicle as you enter or exit the facility to gain money or get a ride from you. These individuals are scam artists and approach you without warning. Today I was approached by a 30 y.o. Caucasian woman with redish-dyed hair attempting to ask me for money or a ride to someplace. I ignored this woman and she left. This was at about 10:30 A.M. Last April I was approached by a black woman, who asked me to drive her to Wal-mart, claiming that she had a disabled child (the child was nowhere in sight.) and she also asked for money. I have told the doctors at Crain Towers about said persons and was told that they live outside in tents near the office building. Please investigate. Thank you.

URGENT----At about 8049 Oakwood Rd., Glen Burnie, MD 21061 northbound, there are several large potholes. Please see that they get repaired right away.

The couple living at 319 Chalet Dr., Millersville, MD 21108 has stated that one of their neighbors dumps debris/yard waste near or in the common area. The couple is older and did not know how to report it and I told them that I would do it for them. This elderly resident of 319 Chalet takes care to mow the grass in the common area. The 4th of July has long since ended. YET, the community of Olde Mill, Millersville,MD 21108 has heard fireworks being shot off multiple times since then, moist recently on September 22, 2018. These are not only illegal but are very annoying to those who live here, especially those with dogs. Please investigate.

At the rear of Panera Bread, 8125 Ritchie Hwy., Pasadena, MD 21122, next to the clothes bin, someone has thrown soda cans under a bush. Please have then removed. Thank you.

At the end of Weis Markets, 8115 Ritchie Hwy., Pasadena, MD 21122 nearest Panera Bread & the mattress place, someone has left a shopping cart full of food items near the yellow clothes bin. Please have it removed as it is liable to attract insects and rodents. Someone has also left a trunk that needs to be disposed of. Thank you.

At 8373 Williamstowne Drive, there is an in-ground Verizon cable box that is missing its cover. Therefore, it is filled with water and is prone to drawing the mosquito population. I am NOT a Verizon customer,but I happened to the notice this in the neighborhood. Please have the issue resolved with Verizon.

At the rear of the CVS store & Pharmacy, 8124 Veterans Highway, Millersville, MD 21108, there exists various piles of trash. This is not the first time I have reported it to Click Fix 3-1-1. Please have all of it picked up and disposed. People throw their trash there routinely and it is unsightly! Thank you!

Right past 7-Eleven, there exists 2 long wooden poles on the right-hand side of the road (Olde Mill Blvd.) heading eastbound towards the bend of Oakwood Rd.. Please have them picked up and disposed of, Thank you.

You missed my paper bagged yard waste. Please pick it up promptly. Since you missed it and now it has rained, please be careful not to spill its contents.

At on or about 8360 Williamstowne Drive, the sidewalks were replaced in the spring on the entire stretch of Williamstowne Drive, Millersville, MD 21108. Along with that effort, the workers laid grass down with white strings to hold it down. The white strings are still present and are a trip hazard. Please have them removed. Thank you.

On Benfield Blvd West as soon as you make the right-hand turn onto Benfield Blvd West from Veterans Hwy, there exists a tire busting pothole. Please fix it,
