    Trash all along rock spring road- drive any stretch and you will see trash on both sides of road. Again- I write about the lack of cleaning of Harford County and poor road conditions- perhaps Harford should employ a mobile unit to drive throughout and take note of these issues and or put the inmates to task with our tax dollars to clean up Harford- I will continue to report all issues I find or take the County Executive to task on his failed efforts of employing people and agencies to do it on their own initiative.

    I've reported on this location before.. where are our tax dollars being spent to clean Harford County? To maintain roads? To enforce against illegal dumping? I expect answers and prompt attention to this matter!
